At ProDough Protein Bakeshop, we want you to love every bite, but due to the perishable nature of our protein-infused treats, we can only accept returns on non-food items or offer replacements for damaged shipments. If your order didn't meet your expectations, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 14 days; please note that opened food products are not eligible for return due to health safety standards.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damaged goods or the specific items you wish to return.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Once your request is authorized, securely pack your non-perishable items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our bakeshop headquarters.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After we inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
